THE LOCK-IN PROTOCOL

Ninety minutes. Once a day. Seven days.

If it doesn't change how you work, the Lock-In Guarantee is real — refund@elseware.app.

Step 1 — Phone in another room.

Not on silent. Not face-down. In another room. If you can't, lock it in a drawer. The audio is the lock; the phone is the leak.

Step 2 — Pick a place.

Open Elseware. Pick the first place that catches your eye. Don't deliberate. Tokyo at 4pm, Lisbon at 11pm, Library in Seoul at 7am — they all work. The deliberation is the procrastination.

Step 3 — Start the timer.

Tap the 90-minute focus timer. The audio plays. The timer runs. Your job is to stay in the chair.

Step 4 — Don't check anything.

No email. No browser tabs. No water break. Ninety minutes belongs to the work.

What this isn't.

  • It isn't meditation. We don't care about your breath.
  • It isn't wellness. We don't care how you feel.
  • It isn't optimization. We don't track anything.

What it is.

A ritual you do every day until it isn't a ritual anymore. After seven days, locking in becomes the path of least resistance. That's the only outcome we promise.
