Elseware ("we", "our", "the App") is an ambient sound mixer for iPhone designed to help you create custom soundscapes. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Information We Collect

We collect very little information. Specifically:

• Subscription records: If you purchase Elseware Pro, we retain a record of your subscription status (managed through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat) so we can provide you with Pro features. This includes a purchase identifier and subscription status — not your payment card details.

We do not collect:

• Your name, email address, or contact information
• Location data
• Usage analytics or behavioral tracking data
• Device identifiers beyond what is required for subscription validation
• Any user-generated content or listening history

3. How We Use Your Information

Subscription records are used solely to verify your Pro membership status and deliver the features you've paid for. We do not use this information for advertising, profiling, or any other purpose.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store: Handles all payment processing for Pro subscriptions. Apple's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment information.
• RevenueCat: Manages subscription status and entitlements. RevenueCat receives a pseudonymous app user ID and subscription transaction data. See RevenueCat's privacy policy for details.

We do not sell, share, or transfer your information to any other third parties.

5. Data Storage and Security

We do not maintain user accounts or store personal data on our servers. Subscription validation data is managed by RevenueCat's infrastructure. All sound preferences and custom mixes are stored locally on your device.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

7. Your Rights

Because we collect minimal data, there is very little personal information to manage. However, you have the right to:

• Request information about what data we hold related to your subscription
• Request deletion of your subscription records
• Cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the App Store

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
